STORE

Our in-store and online inventories are different.  Items that are available online may not be available in-store. 

We do not provide samples.

The majority of our items are sold in pre-packs.  Details are found in the size chart within each item details. The prices shown on our website are per pack, not unit cost.  There are some items that are sold open stock, but they will be subject to a purchase minimum.  We request customers meet our $100 minimum purchase requirement.  Orders not meeting our minimum will be subject to delay or cancellation until you are contacted by customer service. 

Our showroom is open Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm EST. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Please check our website for our holiday schedule. 

SHIPPING

Orders placed before 1pm EST will be shipped out the same business day with the exception of orders with billing/shipping errors.  Orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped out the next business day.  Orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST will be shipped out the following business day. Please note that we are closed on weekends and major holidays

We do not offer free shipping

ORDER

We accept AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and APPLE PAY. The credit card used must match either the account holder’s name or business and the billing address must be entered correctly. Customer will be contacted via email or phone should any issues occur and the order will be subject to delay or cancellation. Please note that further verification will be requested via email when using CashApp, Chime, and other prepaid credit cards as well.  

We do not offer any customization.  All items are sold as is.

There are some styles that run out of stock quickly. We strongly advise you to sign up for our text message alerts and follow us on Instagram for new release notifications.  You can also send us an email atorders@pioneerapparel.comif you have a question about a specific item.

We will not be able to pull online orders immediately if made in store.  Please contact us via phone or text to 770-815-9889 if you need to pick up an online order within our 2-hour time-frame. Please have your order number when contacting us. Order MUST be placed by 1:PM EST for same day pick-up.
